When you request an estimate, we ask for your name, phone and email; the property's street address, city and ZIP code; the problem you describe and how soon you need help; any message you add; and any photos you decide to include.

For a question or privacy request, we use only the name, email and message you enter in the separate form further down.

With each request we log the date and time, IP address, browser type, the page it came from, the referring site when known, and any campaign tags in the link. We use these to record consent, cut down on spam and fraud, and learn which parts of the site help people.

Retention and deletion

Estimate requests, photos, messages and consent records are kept only as long as we need them to handle requests and maintain business records, and we routinely review and remove what is no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your information whenever you like using the form below. Emailed copies of requests sent to us or to the contractor are handled separately.

This site is served over HTTPS, and request records live in a password-protected system. Still, no online system can promise perfect security. Please keep Social Security numbers, bank details and other sensitive data out of your messages and requests.

Your choices

To have us update or delete information we hold about you, use the privacy form below; we respond within 30 days. Removing our record does not erase a copy the independent professional already has, so contact that business directly about anything it holds.
